Annual Reports

S.C. Secretary of State Mark Hammond has named Historic Charleston Foundation as one of the state’s most fiscally responsible non-profit organizations in his annual “Angels and Scrooges” list of charitable organizations for 2008. Angels, including HCF, were selected after a review of financial reports submitted annually to the Secretary’s Office. Criteria included: the charity must have been established for at least three years; have collected revenue greater than $20,000; 80 percent or more of the revenue must go toward the charities’ program goals; make good use of volunteer labor; and receive minimal funding in grants.

To see the work made possible through the support of HCF's donors, please download HCF's annual reports below. For a hard copy of an HCF annual report, please e-mail HCF.
